Start with your product
Building an application, adding a feature or modernizing existing software starts with users, goals and constraints. We examine architecture and backlog to define useful scope, dependencies and responsibilities.
Development and integrations
- Frontend and backend development, user journeys and APIs.
- Business system integrations, identity and access management.
- Evolution and gradual modernization of existing components.
- Tests, code reviews and documentation of decisions useful to the team.
An explicit collaboration framework
Product priorities and acceptance criteria are shared. Design, implementation, review and release responsibilities are identified. Demonstrations and feedback on increments let the team revise its backlog using observable evidence.
Work can take the form of a defined project or capacity integrated into your team. The choice depends on your organization and existing skills.
AI in the software lifecycle
AI tools may help explore code, prepare changes or suggest tests, within project rules. Their output is reviewed; architecture decisions and release approval remain assigned to identified people. This does not impose AI features on the delivered product.
Delivery and operations
We define checks suited to the change: relevant automated tests, review, error monitoring and rollback conditions. Deployment arrangements, access and knowledge transfer are considered before release. Deliverables and follow-up are agreed for the project.
