A product centered on an AI use case
The Studio supports an idea to explore, a prototype to test with users or an AI product to prepare for production. We start with the user’s problem and available data before choosing a model or architecture. If your main need is a conventional application or its evolution, Product engineering offers another starting point.
Visible phases and deliverables
Scope
Identify users, working situations, sources and constraints. Deliverables: hypotheses, prioritized scope and agreed evaluation criteria.
Design
Prototype the journey, uncertain responses, reviews and manual recovery. Deliverables: a UX prototype and architecture decisions, including integrations and access rights.
Build and evaluate
Develop software increments, connect necessary services and test behavior against representative examples. Deliverables: testable features, tests and evaluation results to review together.
Prepare operations
Define monitoring, responsibilities, deployment and recovery procedures. Deliverables: production entry criteria and operational documentation within agreed scope.
Decisions that shape the product
What should happen when information is missing? Which actions need review? Who maintains sources? How is a model update evaluated? These choices are part of product experience and quality, not only technology.
Scope and phases are agreed with your team. No timeline or outcome is fixed without understanding the context.
