This Privacy Policy explains how BINOV SAS processes personal data through this website, in particular when you submit the contact / project intake form.

When you use the contact / project intake form, Binov collects the information you provide:

  • full name
  • company (optional)
  • work email
  • main objective
  • timeline (optional)
  • locale

For email intake, a message identifier, timestamp and submission source accompany processing.

When you apply, Binov also receives the contact details, professional profile, links, work preferences and CV you provide, together with your consent to processing. The profile and CV are sent to internal recipients through Resend. The CV is processed in memory, without local storage by the application. If AI enrichment is enabled, information is extracted from the CV through the configured model and attached to the email for human review; this form makes no automatic recruitment decision.

Data is collected directly from you when you submit the form on the website.

Your data is processed to:

  • receive and review inbound contact and project intake requests
  • reply to your request and organize potential pre-contractual exchanges
  • internally manage request follow-up
  • maintain operational security and integrity of lead handling

Depending on the context, processing is based on:

  • pre-contractual measures taken at your request
  • Binov's legitimate interest in managing inbound business requests and communication
  • legal obligations where applicable

Your data is accessible only to authorized Binov personnel involved in request handling.

In the current implementation:

  • contact requests and applications are sent by email to Binov’s internal recipients through Resend
  • the application does not keep a database copy of these requests; follow-up is handled through the received emails

Lead data is kept for the time necessary to manage requests, provide follow-up, and meet applicable legal or evidentiary requirements.

Retention periods are reviewed and may vary depending on the nature of the request and any resulting business relationship.

Under applicable law (including GDPR), you may request:

  • access to your personal data
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure of data where conditions are met
  • restriction of processing in certain cases
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest
  • portability of data where applicable

You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
